Referrals
A referred handle qualifies with an X blue check and 25 hours in the hat (1500 hat blocks, one per minute). You do not need to hold any XFER or win a drawing. Every hat block already on the explorer counts, including blocks from before this page existed. Each person signs in with X and fills only their own line. Your handle is the session. The name you type is only the other person. The pair is complete when the referred person's "who referred you" and the referrer's "who did you refer" name each other, in either order. There is no start date. Each person gets $5 in XFER, priced at today's high. A referred person is credited only once. The referred account needs an X blue check on this sign-in. Account age and follower count are not required. Mutual pairs are refused. The payout address is a vault address you prove. An address the explorer lists for a handle is not used.

If you referred someone, leave the first line blank and answer "Who did you refer?". Neither line is required. Save sends only the line you filled. The other person confirms from their own Sign in with X, and the two answers can arrive in either order.

Hat time is the explorer's lifetime hat-block count for the handle. Blocks from before this program count the same as later ones. There is no XFER balance requirement and no cap. A pair from before this page can be filed by both people signing in now. One referrer per referred person. Self-referral is refused. Privacy lists what the referral ledger stores.
