Community

Community

Discord is the central hub. The home page calls it a community-run room for builders and node operators. It is not an official support desk. Community members run that room. The site does not put the founder in charge of it, and nobody there needs your 12 words.

This page only names spaces, a bot, and one channel that the site itself names. Anything missing is marked TODO(community) instead of filled in.

Step by step

  1. 1. Join Discord from the home page or this invite: Discord. Read the room as a community space, not as support.

  2. 2. Do not post the 12 words, a password, or a private key in any community room. No community member can restore a wallet for you.

  3. 3. Xferion is a Discord bot named on the privacy page. It posts public blockchain activity and public exchange activity to the blockchain activity channel on the XFER Discord server. It does not send direct messages. It does not keep personal data or message content beyond what it needs to stay running. Privacy.

  4. 4. The site footer also links a Telegram group (Telegram group), @XCoinTokenize, and @NFTRVN. The footer code calls the Telegram link the official Telegram group. This page does not guess who moderates it.

  5. 5. Defect reports go to support@xferchain.net. That inbox is not a community room. Security.

Example

Example: Asking a question without handing over a wallet

Example: you want help reading a transaction. You paste the explorer link in Discord. You do not paste the 12 words, and you do not let someone "restore it for you." A community member can point you at Transactions. They cannot sign for you.

Common mistakes

  • Treating Discord as official support or as the founder answering. The home page says it is community-run and not an official support desk.

  • Posting a seed phrase because a channel name sounded official. This site does not name a support channel that is allowed to ask for words.

  • Assuming a role or a channel exists because another chain has one. If it is not named below, it is a TODO, not a fact.

FAQ

What is named for certain?
The Discord invite, the description community-run room for builders and node operators, Xferion, and the blockchain activity channel. Telegram, @XCoinTokenize, and @NFTRVN are linked from the footer.
Are there official support agents in Discord?
The site says Discord is not an official support desk. The terms say no person, including Discord participants or a purported support agent, will ever need your 12 words. Any request for those words is fraudulent.
