Transactions
A transaction is one signed payment. It has inputs, outputs, and any assets that moved. The explorer is read-only. Opening a transaction cannot spend it.
Step by step
1. Paste the transaction id into the explorer search, or follow the link a successful send shows in the wallet.
2. Inputs are coins or tokens the sender spent. Outputs are where they went, including change back to the sender.
3. A lottery payout shows the winning @handle. A guest share shows the percent, the guests, and the amount.
4. An asset output names the token or NFT and the amount. The network fee is XFER paid to that block's winner.
5. Long ids are shortened on screen. Hover to see the whole id, or tap Copy. The raw API is /api/tx/{txid}.
Example
Example: Change
Example: you hold 10 XFER and send 2 XFER. The transaction spends an input of 10 and writes an output of 2 to the recipient plus an output of change back to you, minus the network fee. The fee is 0.01 XFER per kB, so a small transaction's fee is 0.01 XFER. That 0.01 is not an extra asset. It goes to the lottery winner.
Common mistakes
Thinking change is a fee. Change comes back to your wallet. The fee is the small XFER the network takes.
Refreshing once and assuming a missing transaction failed. It may still be in the mempool, waiting for a block.
Reading a guest-share payment as a second lottery win. Guests are not in the hat. Sharing is a normal payment from the host.

- Payments waiting to go into a block. They are not confirmed yet.
- When is a send confirmed?
- When it is in a block. A lottery win still cannot be spent until 100 blocks have passed.
- How do I open one from the wallet?
- A successful send shows a link to the payment on the explorer.
